Life happens! Whether your permanent jewelry comes off due to an accident, gets caught on something, or you need to remove it temporarily, i'll reweld it for you at NO COST!

Warranty Details:

• Rewelds are FREE at any point.
• Chains may be reattached at no cost. Lost chains are not covered by warranty.
• You may visit any of our permanent jewelry events to have your jewelry re-welded.
  
• The chain must be in usable condition to be rewelded. If the chain is damaged, stretched, or too short to reweld, a new chain may need to be purchased
• Charms may be reattached at no cost. Lost charms are not covered by warranty.
• No refunds will be issued. If a refund is needed, you will recieve permanent jewelry credit instead.
• Permanent jewelry credit is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
